To configure a scheduled task, select Batch Processes from the Administration menu. You will see a full list of processes in the system as shown in the diagram below.
To configure an existing task, click on the task. To create a new task, click on the New Batch Task link at the bottom of the table.
Either option will present the screen shown below. The fields are explained in the table below:
