The challenge response screen in the self service application allows a user to select questions that will be used to identify them. To be effective, the answers to the selected questions should not be readily known to others.
To access the Challenge Response questions, follow the steps below:
- Log into the selfservice application
- Selecting the Challenge Response menu option, you will see the screen below. The number of questions shown is determined by the password policy. You cannot use the same question twice.
