Add and edit resources through the Resource Details accordian tab.
Open the resource list on the left and select a resource. The details
for the resource will apppear in Resource Details.
To add a sibling in a resource tree click Add Sibling. This will add a
resource at the same level in the resource hierarchy.
Click on Add Child to add a child. The parent and branch id will be
automatically filled. The branchId is the root resourceId.
