The resource tab is used to maintain Resources.
A Resource is tagged by Resource Types.
Click on resource type for editing and adding Resource Type.
Click on Resource List to see resources.
Use buttons to drill down by different groupings.
Clicking on any resource in the list will show the Resource Tree on the right.
Clicking on any resource in the tree to see resourceId at the bottom.
