Create a new policy set by clicking on New. A policy set may have several policies associated with it.
Only one of these can apply to a target. Several algorithms are provided to facilitate the selection of an appropriate policy.
From the drop-down pick an algorithm to decide policy selection. As an example, a deny-overrides algorithm will
evaluate to "deny" even if just one policy evaluates to a "deny".
Click on "Save" to save the set.
When targets are entered, one of them can be added to the policy set with the "Add Target" button.
"Show target" displays the target associated with the policySet.
