Create a new policy by clicking on New. A policy may have several rules associated with it.
Rules are associated with a policy through a pop-up by clicking "Policy Rules...".
Several algorithms are provided to facilitate the evaluation of rules.
From the drop-down pick an algorithm to decide policy selection. As an example, a deny-overrides algorithm will
evaluate to "deny" even if just one rule evaluates to a "deny".
Click on "Save" to save the set.
A target is added to the policy with the "Add Target" button.
"Show target" displays the target associated with the policy.
